Lori Pate

A trusted resource in the entertainment and media industry, Lori utilizes her 20+ years’ experience to determine the direction of projects, balancing business with creativity. She provides clients around the world strategic and creative resources to package and promote their brands. Her innovative thinking and ability to connect the dots provides a fresh point-of-view for branding, marketing and ultimately distribution of products and services in today’s marketplaces.

In 2019, Lori and partner Lee Hunt conceptualized and created the digital product CMOmarketplace - the online resource for agencies and entertainment clients to connect. Post pandemic in 2022, they transitioned the business to Promax, the entertainment industry’s professional organization for marketing and creative executives.

Previously, Pate was an Executive Producer for the international television branding group, 3 Ring Circus. Prior to that, she built and managed the in-house, on-air and off-air design department at Starz!/Encore Networks. And earlier, Pate worked as a television design consultant for affiliate stations, networks, corporate clients and media companies.

Pate has received numerous industry awards as both Designer and Executive Producer. She served as President of the BDA (now Promax). She’s presented at professional organizations and academic institutions, and has also served as a faculty board member for the International Mac World Conference.
